Quality & Certifications

The Records Are the Second Product

Erica Malloy runs the quality program. She came to Colver in 2022 from a Tier 1 transmission supplier. ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence. She has been driving the IATF 16949 effort since early 2025.

We have been ISO 9001:2015 certified through Catawba Registrars since 2021. 3 surveillance audits since then, 3 with zero major findings. The minor findings have been administrative and closed within 30 days each time.

We work to AIAG core tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC) on every automotive submission whether or not the customer requires the package. The discipline is the same. It pays off when a customer concern hits, because the corrective action is usually in their hands inside 5 business days. The data is already there.

Documentation Standard With Every Shipment

This package leaves with every shipment. Automatic. No need to ask.
